General Motors calling its Chevy Volt as “game changer” has claimed that the rechargeable electric car will get 230 mpg, or 25 kilowatt hours per 100 miles in city driving.
The claim has yet to be verified by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency, which tests for mileage figures posted on new car stickets.
