Nvidia got the Windows 7 WHQL certification for its latest 190.62 drivers, which enable Direct Compute natively within the Windows 7 OS.

Coming October 2009 Microsoft is set to launch the latest DirectX11 with a dazzling array of new toys for game developers and people like me to play with.
