McLaren’s MP4-12C: The Six Cities And The Six Dealers
McLaren, the supercar maker is all set to start business in U.S, finally. The company has declared its first six U.S. dealers, in which its MP4-12C supercar will be offered, as well as where it will be setting up shop for its North American Headquarters. Welcome McLaren!
Remember McLaren has announced its first dealer network earlier this year, but somehow the U.S. was left off the list. But now it’s here. The Woking, England-based automaker announced the six cities who will own the high-end luxury dealerships. They were The Auto Gallery in Beverly Hills, Calif.; Lake Forest Sportscars in Chicago, Ill.; Park Place in Dallas, Texas; Miller Motorcars in Greenwich, Conn.; Price Family Dealerships in San Francisco, Calif.; and Dew Luxury Motor Cars in Tampa Bay, Fla. An announcement for dealers in Miami, the West Coast, additional cities in the north eastern U.S., and Canada, are expected to come soon.
“The North American market provides a huge opportunity for McLaren and will be a benchmark for our future business aspirations,” McLaren’s managing director Antony Sheriff said in a press release. “We anticipate that the region will see 30 percent of the global sales, so it was vital for us to identify experienced retailers with a passion for customer service.”
“Owning a car with high performance that is incredibly entertaining to drive is not enough. The ownership experience must be just as revolutionary as the car,” Sheriff added.
