Now accessing Facebook on your iPhone 4 is more fun. Yes, Facebook has updated its popular iPhone application with support for iOS 4. The version 3.1.4 now supports fast app switching and high-resolution icons. The updated application also implies to embrace bug fixes which will make it more secure. Additionally, it will also involve language localisations for Korean and Russian.
Though I noted no new features, still the revitalized version looks and feels more perfect with iOS4-compatibility. But is the update coming for iPad also?
Well no words on this at present. Some have conflicting reports though that Facebook might be considering building an app for Apple’s iPad. Some also feel, access to the site via a tablet is more than sufficient but after seeing the transformation sites likes eBay underwent in their conversion to the iPad.
