Crackdown 2 Demo: Xbox Live, 4 Player Co-op
The wait for the anticipated “Crackdown 2” public demo ends as its now available exclusively on Xbox LIVE! Gamers can get to preview single player, four-player co-op or even pure sandbox approach that lets you play how you want and when you want! The demo introduces players to some of the centre tenets including the single player campaign, 4-player co-op with friends and an inventive sandbox style. You’ll also get a taste of power thanks to the demo’s speed up levelling. But the demo allows for only 30 minutes of free roam gameplay!
Sadly for salivating Achievement Whores spying easy gamerpoint progress, the 100 points available through the Crackdown 2 demo will only transfer onto the player’s Gamerscore account when the full game has booted from the retail disc within Microsoft’s home console.
Making up for any disappointment, fans will likely be delighted to learn that the free-roaming Crackdown 2 demo also carries four-player co-operative gameplay, allowing players to spread four times as much havoc-based policing during their brief time in Pacific City.
Fans around the world can pre-order “Crackdown 2” today at participating retailers to receive exclusive, in-game bonus armour in four new shades: Gold, Gun Metal, Black and Green. Developed by Ruffian Games and arriving as an Xbox 360 exclusive, Crackdown 2 is scheduled to hit retail shelves in the US on July 6th 2010, and in the EU on July 9th, 2010.
