HP Pavilion’s the All-in-One 200-5020 is the newest addition to its all-in-one desktop lineup. It’s a powerful package including Intel dual core E5400 2.7GHz processor, 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive, Wireless Networking,  Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, a 21.5 Inch bright 1080p high-def  widescreen with LED backlighting display with a sleek compact design. Just follow its major features:

  1. Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
  2. Webcam and built-in microphone
  3. Slim Tray SuperMulti DVD Burner with LightScribe Technology
  4. Intel GMA X4500HD integrated graphics
  5. Wireless keyboard and mouse
  6. High-performance 2.0 Speakers
  7. 4GB DDR3 SDRAM memory (expandable to 8GB)
  8. 6-in-1 memory card reader
  9. 2 PCI-E x1 mini socket slots (one available)
  10. 10/100/1000Base-T network interface Wireless LAN 802.11 b/g/n

Here is the cons which as usual comes after pros but we all give more time to read it:

  1. No Blu-ray provided
  2. No back button on mouse
  3. Keyboard, mouse requires dongle
  4. Bloatware scattered over the hard drive, start menu, and desktop
  5. Poor 3D performance
  6. Only 90-day subscription to Norton Internet Security
  7. No separate video inputs or outputs for connecting a game console or cable box via HDMI
  8. Only five USB 2.0 ports for external devices
  9. FireWire and eSATA are both absent.
  10. For audio, headphone and microphone jacks on the left edge, and a single line-out jack on the back

But the system is a good go for a perfect normal usage at home. The 21.5-inch screen in the new system is not touch-sensitive like HP’s TouchSmart line, it boasts resolutions up to 1,920×1,080 pixels, and throw in the 802.11n wireless connection, the DVD burner, and reasonably capable speakers. Besides, Pavilion All-In-One 200-5020 is one of the fastest sub-$1,000 with capability to play video from around the Web including Hulu, Netflix, YouTube as well as QuickTime HD trailers from Apple’s Web site. The HP Pavilion All-in-One 200-5020 dekstop PC is now available in the US market for the price of $779.99.
